Day 1 – Zanzibar → Arusha → Serengeti
Morning flight from Zanzibar to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Your guide meets you on arrival and you make your way toward the Serengeti — a drive through the Ngorongoro highlands that is itself spectacular, with views across the Rift Valley and the first wildlife sightings as you enter the park. Afternoon game drive in the Serengeti. Overnight in the park
Day 2 – Full Day in the Serengeti
A full day on the Serengeti plains with no agenda except to follow the wildlife. Dawn light on open grassland. Lions moving at the edge of a kopje. A cheetah scanning from a termite mound. Elephant families at a waterhole.
Optional hot-air balloon safari available at additional cost — one of the great dawn experiences in Africa.
Dinner and night in Serengeti
Day 3 – Ngorongoro Crater & Return to Zanzibar
Early departure from the Serengeti, driving east through the park toward Ngorongoro. Descend into the crater for a morning game drive — 25,000 animals in a 260 km² caldera, including the rare black rhino. Ascend by midday, drive to the Airport, fly back to Zanzibar.
